Afro Smoke Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
 By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the site.

2. Account Registration
 In order to access certain features on our site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Products and Orders
 All products on the site are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you are legally eligible to purchase the products in your state.

4. Pricing and Payment
 Prices for products are listed on the site and may change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available methods on the site. Charges will appear as "AFRO SMOKE" on your billing statement.

5. Shipping Policy
 We offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping (2-3 business days) for every order placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Please allow up to 8 hours for a shipping confirmation email. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  •  Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for any incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If any issues arise with your address, we may contact you via email or text (from a 862 area code) for verification.

6. Refund Policy
 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products.

7. Return and Exchange Policy
 We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only allowed if we mistakenly shipped an incorrect or faulty product. To request an exchange, please contact us at afrosmokes@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and your packing slip.

8. Damaged or Missing Products
 All orders are thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping. Orders are insured up to $100. If any item is damaged or missing, please file a claim with USPS within 60 days of the shipment date.

9. Disclosure and Safety Information 

Products Not for Sale to Minors:
Afro Smoke products are intended solely for adults of legal smoking age and should not be used by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with certain health conditions.

  • Use at Your Own Risk: Afro Smoke products, including vape pens and accessories, are used at your own risk.

  • Ingredients: Vape pens may contain Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, and flavorings. If you have allergies or other health concerns, please consult your physician before use.

  • Non-Nicotine Product : Our vape pens do not contain nicotine and are not intended to treat or cure nicotine addiction. If you are seeking smoking cessation products, please consult your healthcare provider.

  • Medical Emergencies: If you feel unwell after using any of our products, please seek immediate medical attention.

  • Environmental Disposal: Please dispose of vape pens responsibly, keeping both safety and environmental impact in mind.

10. Intellectual Property
 All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, is the property of Afro Smoke LLC. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the site without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct
 You agree to use the site responsibly and refrain from engaging in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the site or negatively affect other users.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
 The site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Afro Smoke LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

13. Governing Law
 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.
